A Belgian professional with over 25 years of experience in Italy, Koen began his career in finance and management control, designing measurement and planning systems to support business growth. Driven by the desire to generate a more concrete impact, he combined his financial expertise with a deep specialization in Lean Organization, focusing on process improvement and people engagement.

His international background and long tenure in a Japanese multinational allowed him to develop a disciplined yet flexible, people-oriented approach. After more than 20 years in corporate roles and a decade in consulting, Koen has built a comprehensive visionthat blends analytical rigor with execution capability, guiding organizations through sustainable transformation journeys.

At Renoma, he brings his experience to support companies in creating value for and through people, combining long-term strategies with tangible results.

As a Training Specialist and Head of the Prevention and Protection Service (RSPP), Marta designs, organizes, and manages customized training programs for companies and employees. She specializes in training required by Legislative Decree 81/2008 and the State-Regions Agreements, and conducts courses for employees, supervisors, managers, workplace safety representatives (RLS), and employers.

She also assists companies with risk assessments and with drafting and updating the Risk Assessment Document (DVR), combining technical expertise, organizational skills, and a focus on effective learning.

At Renoma, she contributes to the development of skills and behaviors focused on safety and organizational improvement.
